eyEye - Fleetboard Photo Assistant

The new Fleetboard photo assistant app enables drivers to easily inform dispatchers about damages and challenging situations.

With the photo functionality drivers can easily report every challenging situation. Dispatchers are able to quickly estimate the extent of the damage and plan the next steps, e.g. visit at the workshop or communication with the insurance company and the client.

Furthermore, drivers can send information via photos, e.g. a signed delivery note for a faster invoicing process. Detailed submission forms request the information in just a few steps. The dispatcher receives the photos and data in an clear email, which could be filtered and forwarded to the responsible instance.
